Tanya Hansen (Norwegian: Tanja Hansen; born September 11, 1973 in Jessheim, Norway) is a Norwegian porn star and adult model.

Hansen grew up in Norway and started working as a swimsuit model when she was only eighteen years old. Shortly afterwards she became known as a stripper and performed in many cities in Scandinavia. In 1997 she was discovered by Joe dAmato, who asked her to perform in her first hard core movie. She quickly became famous in the rest of Europe. Hansen has been referred to as Norways first porn-star.
